Residential Pool Service
Our comprehensive weekly service includes the following:
- Vacuum bottom with externally powered vacuum.
- Skim Surface
- Brush Walls and tiles
- Empty Baskets and skimmers
- Check chemical balance.
- Add chemicals to keep in balance.
- Wash or back-wash filter routinely. Avg once a month.
- Check for system leaks and equipment.
- Verify job on dry-erase-board onsite.
Commercial Pool Service

Other Services
- Salt-Water System Conversion. Installation of cartridge and system board in pool equipment area.
- Pre-Purchase Pool Inspection. 12 point inspection of water systems, pipes, potential leaks,. Make sure you know what’s going on with the pool before you purchase somebody else’s problems.
- Vacation pool maintenance. If you are going away for a a period but still would like away on vacation upkeep to be performed.
- Pool Drain, clean & stain removal We will drain the pool of water and disinfect, clean and remove any stains on the surface.
- Pool Equipment Replacement & Repair – Pump. Filters. All related repairs to equipment including pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, controllers, timers, filters and baskets.
- Chlorinator Install & Replacement. Adding a Chlorinator tower to your water flow helps maintain levels and help sanitize your pool.
- Salt Chlorinator Cartridge replacement. Enjoy 99.999% pure gas chlorine generated by a salt water system cartridge, softer of skin over long term use.

- Algae Treatment. A direct consequence of not having enough chlorine in your pool is the growth of algae. Also during torrential rains the chemical balance of your pool is greatly impacted, thus creating an ideal environment for algae growth. By adding a mineral based algae treatment, you will be able to reduce the growth of algae in your pool. This treatment makes a great compliment to chlorine.
- Pool Leak Detection. Is your pool level constantly going below skimmer level? Are you constantly adding water to the pool? You may have a leak that is not only wasteful but could compromise the structural integrity of buildings above it.
- Green Pool Shock & Clean. This is a 2-visit process of changing the water from swamp green to crystal blue. Cleaning filters, baskets and fully cleaning the pool.
- Pool resurfacing. If you are experiencing cracks on the concrete, chunks coming lose and falling off, it may be time for a pool resurface.
